Cherry Capital’s Hammana orchards bring together some of the world’s best cherry varieties in one mountain setting.
Our model orchards feature selected varieties sourced through partners in Europe, Italy, Germany, and the United States, then grown and evaluated in Hammana’s high-altitude conditions. Each tree is part of a precision orchard model that combines grower expertise, variety performance tracking, and AI-supported orchard intelligence to improve harvest timing, fruit quality, and long-term sustainability.
Visitors experience a curated living collection of premium cherry varieties adapted for Lebanon’s mountain climate.
B · The harvest
Cherry picking takes place inside Cherry Capital’s Hammana orchards.
Guests receive water and a collection bag, then pick fresh cherries from selected orchard rows at peak harvest. Adults can collect up to 2 kg of cherries, while children can collect up to 400 g. The experience is simple, authentic, and premium: fresh mountain air, direct access to model cherry varieties, and fruit picked straight from the tree.
Our team guides visitors on how to identify ripe cherries by colour, firmness, and stem condition, while explaining how Cherry Capital uses orchard data and AI-supported monitoring to improve quality and consistency.
C · What's included
Adults — $20 per person. Includes orchard entrance, water, a cherry-picking bag, and up to 2 kg of freshly picked Hammana cherries.
Children — $5 per child. Includes orchard entrance, water, a cherry-picking bag, and up to 400 g of freshly picked Hammana cherries.
Extra cherries are available at the orchard rate.
The visit also includes a short introduction to Cherry Capital’s model orchard approach: international variety selection, AI-supported monitoring, and precision harvest planning.
